Charge-Pump positive voltage generator with adjustable wide range on SMIC 65nm
The present IP is a charge-pump voltage generator developed using SMIC's 65nm ETOX Nor Flash process.
Overview
The present IP is a charge-pump voltage generator developed using SMIC's 65nm ETOX Nor Flash process. It generates high voltages ranging from 3.6V to 10.7V based on the VCC input for other circuit blocks. The circuit can automatically adjust the number of series or parallel charge pump units to optimize the transient response and efficiency by detecting both input and output voltages, and switch between STANDBY and ACTIVE modes via the STBY and ENA control signals.
