Overview
The WEA7681T22G is a mmWave transmitter for FMCW Radar applications covering the 76 GHz to 81 GHz automotive frequency band. The WEA7681T22G consists of three frequency doubler stages and a two stage power amplifier. All the stages are supported by programmable bias current circuitry. It is implemented in 22FDX FD-SOI process. The WEA7681T22G occupies a silicon area of 1550 x 500 um2.
