Internally compensated LDO with 100mA load Capability on a 4nm process
The ODT-LDO-IC-100M-4nm is a low dropout (LDO), linear regulator for integration in a SoC.
Overview
The ODT-LDO-IC-100M-4nm is a low dropout (LDO), linear regulator for integration in a SoC. The LDO uses advanced control techniques to achieve excellent transient response, excellent PSRR performance and low noise.
The LDO is internally compensated and has an integrated pass transistor and is up to 100 pF load.
It can be configured to either be enabled via the SoC or to start up automatically once the 1.2V supply is available.
