Overview
The narrowband Internet of Things (NB-IoT) technology supports the Cat-NB1 standard defined by the International Organization for Standardization (3GPP) and allows wide area low-power IoT communications. It mainly includes RF transceivers and digital baseband RF transceiver is implemented with the FD-SOI 22nm process to achieve low-power and high-performance design. Baseband implements the physical layer functionality together with ZSP core of Verisilicon. By integrating with software of PHY and protocol stack running on ZSP, it composes NB-IoT modem as a whole.
